Privacy policy

Updated: May 25, 2025

1. Introduction and Scope

Mountain West Utility Trailer, Inc. (“MWUT,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the websites and digital services covered by this Privacy Policy on behalf of itself and its subsidiaries and affiliates. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit or interact with our websites, submit an inquiry, request a quote or service, apply for financing or employment through a website feature, subscribe to communications, post a review, or purchase parts through an online store.

The Company operates the websites. When you purchase a part online, the MWUT subsidiary or affiliate identified on your invoice or receipt is the seller for that transaction.

This Privacy Policy applies to the covered websites and related digital services. A separate notice may apply when a third party, manufacturer, financing provider, employment platform, or other service provider collects information directly from you. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices.

By using a covered website, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. Please do not use the websites or submit personal information if you do not agree with these practices.
