After crunching the numbers, I realized Kioti tractors are like the superheroes of the tractor world—more muscle and build quality than my previous orange sidekick, which was more like a sidekick in a superhero movie who gets knocked out in the first scene. So, I decided to visit their establishment, where I found the tractor of my dreams. Unlike my last experience, they let me take these beasts for a spin. I upgraded to a tractor three times the size and financed it at 0%. I’m still trying to process that my monthly payment is $67 less than my previous “baby tractor.” Once I made up my mind, the paperwork was done faster than you can say “tractor loan”—15 minutes, to be exact. The staff was as courteous and professional as a butler at a royal wedding, always ready to tackle any issue. They even delivered my new CK 3520 SE right to my doorstep the day after I bought it. I visited a store in Salt Lake, and they transported the exact unit I wanted from Idaho to my home in Ogden. I communicated my specific needs, and their response was always, “Yes, sir, we are on it.” This is customer service at its finest, with a dash of professionalism and a whole lot of commitment. When I received the wrong tires, they whisked the tractor off to Salt Lake, swapped them out, and had it back to me the same day. Chad was a superhero in his own right, and the word “no” was never in his vocabulary. Cheers! Thank you to both delivery drivers for arranging and delivering the heart and soul of my business and for delivering a true beast of a machine in record times. I’m in absolute admiration of your business, and the communication was on point, calls returned in minutes, updates during travel, dropped in my driveway, and I couldn’t be happier. I’m half expecting them to show up with a cape next time!

Chad was amazing. Willing to help us figure out all 6 of the attachments that we wanted to go with the track loader machine and make a bundle deal. We didn’t want to get one attachment at a time. No pressure just good honest business. Would recommend Chad and RMT in Nampa Idaho to anyone. Kioti is a great product and they are a good dealer. I just heard that they now have excavators too.

My experience shopping with Chad at RMT was top-notch. I told him my budget, and he worked with me to find a really nice, clean cart for me. He was very helpful when I had some questions about the charger, etc, and he was great at following up with me to make sure everything was going ok with my purchase. He also delivered my cart the very same hour I bought it, knowing that it was important to me because of mobility issues due to a knee injury. This cart is awesome, and my dogs are happy I can walk them again! I’m very happy.

RMT is a GREAT dealer and Chad here in Nampa is SUPER. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Just purchased our first golf cart and from start to finish…no games, great communication and very happy. Fully recommend.

I had a great experience working with Chad! He helped repair my Kioti tractor and also assisted me with the purchase of my new Grasshopper mower. He was knowledgeable, professional, and made the whole process easy.

Working with Chad at RMT was hands down one of the best buying experiences I’ve ever had. Everything was smooth, straightforward, and super easy. Chad is incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely cares about his customers. I purchased a couple golf carts from him, and the quality of carts was unmatched compared to every other spot in town. I can also confidently say his prices and customer service are FAR better than anything else you’ll find here. If you’re looking for a golf cart or tractor, don’t waste your time going anywhere else, Chad at RMT is the real deal.

I was just a Salt Lake County homeowner in search of a tractor.... after much research, and testing several other brands, I determined a Kioti was the one for me. The specs were so much better than most others in the same class.
I contacted Santiago at RMT Murray. He was quick to repsond, answered all my questions & got me in to look at tractors the very next day. I was sold on the CX2510 with loader & backhoe. The cost was much better than expected, and the financing couldn't be beat. He showed me their in stock unit were still in crates, not yet assembled, but managed to push through and get it assembled and ready for delivery within 4 days after purchase.
Santiago went over the machine with me upon pickup and made sure I knew when the important services were due. I'm only at 10hrs on the machine, but I can't say enough good things about both Kioti, and Santiago @ RMT. I would highly recommend both!

I was very impressed with the responsiveness of the staff at RMT. I called Santiago inquiring about a Honda lawn mower. He answered while he was on his lunchbreak and asked to call me back when he returned to his office. Less than an hour later, he called and had an invoice written up for my new mower. The following day, I went to pick it up, and Lance was very helpful. He found my invoice, and within 10 minutes of arriving, my new mower was loaded, and I was ready to go. Their selection of outdoor equipment can not be matched, and the staff here are willing to go the extra mile. I highly recommend RMT.

I had the best Tractor buying experience thanks to Santiago at RMT Equipment! Santiago walked me through various models and capabilities and gave me the absolute best deal he could on the model I wanted. I couldn’t be happier! After the purchase, which was quick and easy, Santiago continued to check in on me to make sure that I didn’t have any questions or problems.I thought customer service was dead, but not at RMT Equipment!
I thought once the tractor was delivered, that was it, but NO. After the white glove delivery, Santiago continued to provide after hours support. The man went above and beyond! Thank you guys so much!

We have worked with RMT Equipment for our EZGO Golf Cart Fleet for many years. Chad Kartchner has been our sales rep. and he is a pleasure to work with. Whether it be sales or service Chad has delivered for us. I would highly recommend RMT, Brandon and his entire team for a great sales and service experience. EZGO is the best golf cart in the industry. Our most recent (2020 delivery) lithium powered fleet has delivered this season with the increased demands placed on it by COVID demand.

I had the most amazing experience today at RMT equipment. I was interested in a compact tractor the only problem was I live 1 1/2 hours From the store and the only time I would be able to go and look at the tractors was on a Saturday. My salesman Rex Blackburn didn't even blink and eye when I asked could I come on this Saturday he told me that they are closed on Saturdays but he would met me and let me look around at the tractors. He was so different than any salesman I have ever dealt with not pushy just let me do my thing. It was very comforting. Needless to say I found just what I was looking for and Rex made sure I was good with my decision. I when an got a check came back to the store and made the deal. If anyone is looking for a very honest sales man and a great product. RMT and ask for Rex you will not be disappointed. 5 stars for me.

We just bought a terrific golf cart from Lance! One small issue was resolved quickly and pleasantly. The service at RMT is friendly and transparent; communication throughout the process was rapid and helpful. Lance is a great listener and provided the exact solution for which we were looking. I can recommend RMT and Lance without reservation or qualification!
